About us
Good stories should not stay trapped inside good clinics.
That is what Nellie & Walter is here to fix.
Nellie & Walter was built from something we kept seeing again and again while running a digital marketing agency.
Businesses were full of useful stories, expert opinions, customer trends, data points and proof, but most of it never made it out into the world.
A clinic would be seeing a new patient trend before anyone else. A founder would have a sharp view on where their industry was going. A specialist team would have real expertise that buyers, journalists and AI tools would find useful.
But unless they had a big PR budget, a strong comms team, or time to chase journalists themselves, the story usually stayed hidden.
At the same time, media people were drowning in the opposite problem: too much noise. Too many generic pitches. Too many people asking to be quoted, featured or linked to, and not enough genuinely useful stories, experts or evidence.
So we built Nellie & Walter.
Nellie talks to clinics.
She helps uncover the stories, expertise and proof they should be known for.
Walter talks to media.
He helps journalists, newsletter writers, podcasters, publishers and researchers find useful stories, credible experts and real-world evidence, without the PR noise.
We believe the old way of growth is changing.
For years, many clinics could acquire customers by simply spending more on ads. That still works in places, but it is getting more expensive, more crowded and less defensible. In a world of AI answers, recommendation engines and buyers doing their own research, reputation matters more. Trust matters more. Being cited, mentioned and known in the right places matters more.
Nellie & Walter exists to help good clinics become easier to discover, easier to trust and easier to cite.
Not by manufacturing fake news.
Not by spamming journalists.
Not by pretending every company update deserves a headline.
But by finding the useful things clinics already know, and helping those stories reach the people who can actually use them.
